This is phase 2 of the A+A program. This version is designed to be a step-up from the 1.0 program. Although starting with 1.0 is recommended, this program is designed to intensify the level of difficulty as you get stronger and more confident working with 1.0.

This 90-day, 12-week program is our most challenging and comprehensive offering, designed for individuals ready to push their limits. It spans 5 days a week and is not intended for beginners. The program includes running, weightlifting, yoga, HIIT, and even occasional two-a-day workouts. It’s ideal for military personnel or those looking to train like a Tier 1 or Tier 2 soldier.

It also incorporates elements of Olympic lifting, making it ideal for individuals looking to enhance their strength training with HIIT or add strength training to their HIIT routine.
